Some leads will never pick up the phone. For these sellers, a well-crafted email can open the door. Email is lower-pressure than a call and gives sellers time to process your message at their own pace.

💡 Pro Tip: The offer to share data (not to pitch) has a much higher response rate than a direct sales email.
Email Rules for Motivated Seller Outreach
- Keep subject lines under 8 words and make them specific
- Never start with 'I' — start with 'Hi [Name]' or a question
- Include your phone number in every email
- One call to action per email — don't give multiple options
- Plain text emails outperform HTML-designed emails for cold outreach
